To prevent this potentialdetachment, a modified design hose assembly has been developed. SERVICE ACTION Affected vehicles require the latest level intercooler turbo intake hose to be fitted prior tohandover to the customer for unsold vehicles or during the next scheduled workshop visit forvehicles that have already been sold. Yes. FSA VIN LIST ACTIVATED? Yes. STOCK VEHICLES Correct all affected units in your new vehicle inventory before delivery. SOLD VEHICLES ã Immediately contact any of your affected owners whose vehicles are not on your VINlists but are identified in OASIS. Give the owner a copy of the Customer NotificationLetter (when available) and schedule a service date.   ã Correct other affected vehicles identified in OASIS which are brought to your dealership.Note: Export & Growth Operations does not possess owner information for manycountries. It is the responsibility of dealers to contact their customers. TITLE BRANDED / SALVAGED VEHICLES Affected title branded and salvaged vehicles are eligible for this Field Service Action.  RELATED DAMAGE   If a related damage condition exists that you believe to be caused by the covered condition,digital photos of the damaged component must be sent toexpwrty@ford.comto requestapproval prior to the repair of any related damage. Requests for approval after completion ofthe repair will not be granted.Ford Motor Company reserves the right to deny coverage for related damage in cases wherethe vehicle owner has not had this recall performed on a timely basis. ADDITIONAL LABOR TIME   ã If a condition exists that requires additional labor to complete the repair, contactexpwrty@ford.comto request approval prior to performing any additional labor.Requests for approval after completion of the repair will not be granted.  ã If you encounter aftermarket equipment or modifications to the vehicle which mightprevent the repair of the covered condition, contactexpwrty@ford.com.  OWNER REFUNDS Refunds are not authorized for this program.
