  最全華佗「五禽戲」,收藏貼,認真練!   2016-12-24  由    高大夫談骨論筋     發表于    健康    五禽戲是我國古代體育鍛鍊的一種方法,創始人是東漢末年名醫華佗。華佗總結了前人模仿鳥獸動作以鍛鍊身體的傳統做法,創編了一套保健體操,包括虎、鹿、熊、猿、鳥的動作和姿態,也就是五禽戲。   《三國志 · 華佗傳》記載:「吾有一術,名五禽之戲,一曰虎,二曰鹿,三曰熊,四曰猿,五曰鳥。亦以除疾,兼利蹄足,以當導引。體有不快,起作一禽之戲,怡而汗出,因以著粉,身體輕便而欲食。」   先 說下基本手 型   虎爪:五指張開,虎口撐圓,第一、二指關節彎曲 內扣 。   鹿角:拇指伸直外張,食指、小指伸直,中指、無名指彎曲 內扣 。       ADVERTISEMENT    熊掌:拇指壓在食指指端上,其餘四指併攏彎曲,虎口撐圓。   猿鉤:五指指腹捏攏,屈腕。    鳥翅:五指伸直,拇指、食指、小指向上翹起,無名指、中指併攏向下。   握固:拇指抵掐無名指根節 內側 , 其餘四指屈攏收於掌心 。    ADVERTISEMENT    第一式:虎舉      動作一:兩手掌心向下,十指撐開,再彎曲成虎爪狀;目視兩掌。   動作二:隨後,兩手外旋,由小指先彎曲,其餘四指依次彎曲握拳,兩拳沿體前緩慢上提。至肩前時,十指撐開,舉至頭上方再彎曲成虎爪狀;目視兩掌。   動作三:兩掌外旋握拳,拳心相對;目視兩拳。
